Here's a suggestion. How about consolidating username and passwords in Jaguar.

I just e-mailed billing with a question, and they sent me to a place I'd never seen before (billing info). I entered every user name and password I had on Jaguar. I entered my TICKET name & password, my FORUM name & password, my MYSQL name & password, my FTP name & password, my CPANEL name & password. None of them worked.

When I e-mailed them back, they gave me a username of my full domain name (not just the normal 1st 8 chars which works most everywhere else), and the password which they initially gave me when I signed up, but changed a few days later in the control panel.

So now I have no fewer than SIX user names and passwords for one system! And I have two accounts (lessee... that would be TWELVE user names and passwords) It's a little too much in my opinion.
