...they seem dead these days. Are we supposed to be using Jaguar's or something?
Where's the best place to get general and techincal questions answered without going through the Ticket System?

I suspect the holiday season is part of the reason for the quieter forums. So many other distractions right now. I generally see a decline in site traffic myself in December. Things are likely to pick up here once the holidays are past, unless triggered by something sooner.
Both Jaguar and Aletia forums read from the same database, so it doesn't really matter which one you use for your URL.
As for where to find answers to those sorts of questions outside of tech support, I'd say the forums aren't a bad place to look. Kind of depends on the question though, you know?
The trouble with our times is that the future is not what it used to be.

I do't think the forums have been vey dead lately at all. If anything, from my perspective, they've picked up, since the Jag forums were kind of quiet until you Aletians showed up. We used to be a lot more chatty and that kind of died off, so the extra traffic is welcome for our point of view.
If you have any questions, just ask. As a general rule, anything that doesn't effect your account directly should be asked here. That saves the support staff's time, and since there are more active posters here than there is support staff, you'll probably get a faster response here. Plus, "going public" like that may allow someone else to help themselves out in the future (they can't see your tickets) and it could give you the benefit of getting several different solutions or opinions to draw from. Things like sites (or parts thereof) not working, billing errors, and other more personal concerns should, of course, be addressed in tickets.

I think this forum is dying slowly.. the aletia people just don't seem to be posting as much.. we are turning into the old jaguar forum
All opinions are the result of being uninformed, unintelligent and uninterested!
The aletiaforums.com site brings up the same forum as the jag one. There is only one forum online now for both sites.Originally posted by Zacrifice

I don't think we aletianites are posting any less than we once did! I think we are livening up the place though!

Where do you wanna go today?
There are so many subjects here that have been covered already, perhaps people are actually utilizing the search feature and figuring out their own problems![]()

Hey, I'm not dead, I'm working
I just happened to have some extra time on my hands for a while the last few months, but now that's come and gone you'll all see less of me here.
(Go on, celebrate)
Even though there are people far more active, I think it's just the nature of the web that people come and go easily (from experience).
Curious? Check out my main activities at http://www.elmerproductions.com/igor
