    Thanks for the Newsletter!

I really appreciate the newsletter. Most of the information in it is not new to me, since I spend a lot of time browsing these forums for tidbits, but I am sure many do not, so it should be a joy for them to receive the newsletter. I was glad to receive it myself, even though I have heard about the things that are coming down the pipelines, because it shows that Jag is communicating with their customers in such a bold way.

    Keep up the good work!

Is it the newsletter that says, "Wednesday, August 13th, 2002" at the top? It looks like it's reflecting current information tho.

    Oh yah. Yay newsletter!

Yes, it did say August 13th, but I've never seen that info before. It looks like Greg copied an older newsletter as a template and forgot to update the date.

We'll let the mistake slide this time, Greg, but we're watching you...

Yes, we are aware of the error in the date already. Sorry for the confusion.

Make sure your contact email address is up to date in the client section at https://secure.jaguarpc.com/clients/ if you did not receive the newsletter.

My email address is correct there ( I just checked again to be sure) but I notice that each time I submit a support ticket I have to manually enter the current address because an old one keeps appearing there. Is there somewhere else I need to update contact information?

Log in to the ticket system, and then look at the bottom of the page for a link labeled "Modify Contact Info." The ticket system uses a separate database from the main clients one.

That's odd. I have updated with my new email and it's still sending to my old, though I do get tech tickets answered at new. Hmmm

I have exactly the same problem; updated my email twice yet all Jaguar newsletters still come to my yahoo address which is no longer used.

*finally the first post after a year being a member of this forum...*
