It's been pretty good for me. I haven't suffered down time in the last few months, and support is good, really good.

And you can't miss the new plans, It's great to have those deals for that price I'm still very happy with JaguarPC.

What machine are you on? (are you able to request a machine when signing up for an account?)

I have accounts on Iron and Lead. I'm not sure if you can request the machine, but that's a question for the support team. Maybe you can talk to Greg (admin@jaguarpc.com), the admin here.. He'll be able to answer that question.

If there is room on the requested server and the load seems low enough so that an extra site shouldn't adversely affect performance then there should be no problem. If your curious about a specific machine PM or email myself, Eric, or Jag and we would be happy to take a look.

(You could also email billing or sales @jaguarpc.com.)

Come back Cel! I didn't have any problem in the past several months, well at least on my machine. But I think they are actually getting better here!

    Good work Jaguar!

It's been excellent from my viewpoint. Uptime has been so much better since they have settled into their new home. Tech support is excellent as well. I believe the longest I've waited for a reply was 2 hours, the quickest was literally 2 minutes. They've really taken time to get things back up to speed here. I commend them because it couldn't have been easy dealing with all of Aletia's woes, but everything rocks.. so much so that I'm up for another year today and can't wait!

I really want to come back, but now the problem I have is that I use 20 GB of bandwidth per month, and less than 200 MB... I want to get the v200 account, but drop 100 MB of disk space for an extra 5 GB of bandwidth... Is this possible? I sent an email in but so far no response. If I can get this kind of customization, I'm definitely signing up right away.

Apparently I have to stay on my current host. I'd need to buy the v300 if I need the extra bandwidth, but I can't afford it.

    Customization isn't an option.

Yeah, I'll probably hang around in the forums a bit... My new host (the one I want to switch from and come here to) has a vB forum.. But activity is next to none, and the design is so basic...
