    Support tickets

    Got a question on how tickets work:

    When you send a support ticket, and then the staff responds to you. How do you add a new message in this ticket? Do you have to start a new one, or do you have to use the "modify" button?
    Is the staff notified when you "modify" your ticket?

    Just use the modify option. As long as your ticket is still open, that's how you should do it.

    Please use the modify button, when we get numerous tickets or several tickets on the same issue we wastes time sifting through tickets that can be used to fix an issue. When you modify a ticket it is marked as new for us so we know you updated it.

    Will the tech notice that we have modified the ticket or do we have to mail him? (just using the modify button)

    when you modify the ticket it marks it "new" for us so we know to respond again.
