Since there is only one topic in the Forum rRles category, how about removing the category, and moving the thread into the News and Announcements ...

    Move rules into News section

    Since there is only one topic in the Forum rRles category, how about removing the category, and moving the thread into the News and Announcements forum? It makes no since to have it locked either. People who are thinking about joining, might want to read the rules BEFORE they join!

    The lock simply means that you can't reply to it, not that you can't read it. Having right up on top makes it easy to find and very noticable, especially to new users.
