I'll keep it short otherwise it'll sound corny, but thankyou for the great service and support. I had a few niggly problems and you sorted them out for me quickly and efficiently.

I actually found you guys through the WHT, some guy was making as many negative posts about you as he could, whoever it was from jag that dealt with him did so professionally and in a courteous manner, that's what attracted me here. I figured if they treat a jerk like this nicely they must treat their customers even better.
