What do you do with domain information?

I am wonder what most others do when it comes to their domain information.

I control the domains for my customers but I prefer not having all my contact information for display by all.

Is it ok to hold back addresses and phone numbers?

I've seen domains set up where they don't list an address for the contacts. I guess it depends on what registrar you use and what they let you get away with. Since most registrars use email to contact you about renewals, etc., all you really need to list is an email address. I've seen people use "address has been omitted to reduce junk mail" as the address on their records.
