Where do you wanna go today?
Hey Ron,
Hows it going? Have you gotten any sheep for the pups to play with yet?
Hey I know that place - isn't it seven thousand five hundred and sixty four (7,564) miles - no now I remember it was four thousand six hundred and ninty (4,690) kilometers South / South East of NOWHERE!Originally posted by Ron

j/k Ron the last person I joshed about his state was from Mississippi and ol Geoff got downright salty and all I did was mention the fact that when I traveled through there some years ago I noticed some cockroaches that were somewhere between the size of a large mouse and small rat - heck stayed in a motel and woke up and caught the little buggers trying to carry off my pizza and the tv set!![]()
Hi Shady
New Avatar
??
The again since all is relative it may be new to me and not you since I've not been around for a bit -
I have no idea why but my first impression of it is that you are about to take off down a hill in a wheel chair - IF SO BEWARE I think gates has been throwing spikes, mines and other miscellaneous objects on that hill.
Don't mind me I'm just a duck - QUACK!!

Snow's better than ice, but from the sounds of things from an email I got from my mom today, Mass will have our ice storm tomorrow. Lucky you guys...Originally posted by clio

( www.HappieCamper.com ) a Jag hosted site, of course![]()
Oh right! I forgot about that. Heh, you've missed a lot then! We got 30 inches of snow back in February. =) And you've missed all the awesome peace rallys that have been happening.![]()
Heh, I'm leaving in a bit myself. I'm leaving for Europe in 2 weeks and moving out in August. =)
Such a roadtrip sounds awesome. great pictures, but what about accompanying text? adventure stories would be good.

SNOW?? Isn't that the white stuff that falls out of the sky, looks pretty for a few moments then turns into blackish-brownish slush as it absorbs all the contaminants that we release into the air?
I vaguely remember being in Europe in my youth and someone handed me a big ol shovel and told me to help move the stuff from one location to another.
I decided at that moment I didn't like the stuff!
But were having a cold spell here too Julie. Today it may not get above 68 f. Perhaps I should clarify that a bit ..we may not get above +68 f. quackers last week we were in the 80's. Oh well....
Live about 3 miles West of Hollyweird - but for those who enjoy strapping on a couple of boards to their feet and seeing how fast they can travel in that white stuff - we have an ample supply of it about an hour and a half drive from here in the San Bernadino Mountains up round Big Bear and 10 minutes from here is the beach where the surf animals don't let anything deter them including such cold temps as 68 f. Brave creatures they are!
Yoinks! I disappear for a while and return to find mine name in the title of the top most thread.
Crazy.
It is interesting to see all the old school Aletians here. Makes me wonder whether it is simply the passage of time, the "war", or the economy, but how have your online endeavors been going? I'm especially interested in hearing answers from those with vanity sites.
Like me.
F.C.I. (for clio's information) - Winter has made one (hopefully) last Hail Mary swipe at Michigan too.
responded - did you check out the program Microangelo??
converted to a gif so that it can be shown here - this is was a 48x48 - 256 color ico made in microangelo first one took about 5 minutes but I couldn't leave well enough alone decided to see if I could insert your avatar into the book took about 20 minutes - if you want to make customized icons for your site or computer your should download the trial version of microangelo and see if you like it - kind of fun to play with every now and then.
Garsh, that's one of the creepiest things I ever did see. At first, I thought it was Davey peeking out of a box of sardines. It's almost Magritte.
Anywho, thanks. I get the gist that you're reminding me of a thread I never returned to. The forum no longer sending me an email alert when someone posts in a thread that I've posted in. I've got to look into that.
Again, thanks.
68?! EHG? we're struggling to climb out of the 30s! Just today we got past 40, but we're going back to snow tomorrow. it's so depressing! i had to take my ski jacket out of the closet again.I think I have to bring that bulky thing with me to Europe.
I was hoping for warming weather.
It's no so much the war as life flipdoubt. I got caught up in seevak (my only online endeavor), and all this college BS. And even after that straightened out, I've been running around with silly taxes for financial aid. And I cleaned out a lot of my room this weekend, for a clothing drive and preparation to move. It's amazing how much stuff, er junk, people can have.
As for now, I'm ready to just go to europe and chill for 10 days. In short, I'm exhausted and the weather isn't helping!

That does look like an awful lot of work there, Doris Day. When you say "seevak", are you referring to your team's project or the whole learntoquestion site? Just wondering, because every time you wrote "seevak" in the past, my mind immediately leapt to Spivak.
Your "seevak" sounds more fun. Or like a vacuum cleaner.
And regarding war vs. life, I was really just joking about getting shipped off to war. I just assumed you were buried in snow/school. Like we are: 3-6 inches. Of snow, not school.
