Question about my site...

After clicking the link, on the splash page, I can't access anything. I'm not sure if I know if it's the server's problem or perhaps my problem?

Actually semi-working.

I see some blocks on the Main Menu module having this error msg:

I tried yesterday and got errors like TeeJay did when I clicked some items in the main menu.

Chill: my first guess is that it's your problem, though if you didn't change thing it could also be that some file / folder permissions on the server are no longer set correctly.

Hmm...it was working before...but now...when I click on the link....it's loading really...really...slow...actually...I don't think anything loads at all. Something's messed up big time.

Hmmm...yeah....stilll loading really slow. I deleted the PHP counter...b/c that needed me to create a folder cache ranked at a CHMOD of 777, which isn't good. So...that worked the first time...dunno why it doesn't working anymore.

Looks mostly OK to me too. Don't see any problems with the DNS, with everything resolving cleanly here. It appears to me that it is a coding error on the site itself. Some (but not all) of the buttons in the main menu produce an error like the following, as others here have mentioned:

At least that's what I see in I.E. 6. Didn't try in Netscape or Mozilla or Opera or some other browser of choice. The few other buttons I tried worked fine, though TeeJay's post suggests there's another coding error lurking about somewhere.

Some other thoughts on the matter:

Some of the errors might be related to the file permissions, which I see you have looked into yourself. You can find several threads on the topic in the forums via the search tool. A couple that might be of interest may be seen here and here.

As for the site not loading at all sometimes, there's always the possibility of a bottleneck somewhere along your connection to your site. A traceroute would help diagnose whether that is the case here. Wouldn't hurt to try reaching it from another location using another ISP either.
