My Server Is Messed?

The server I am on is having weird problems. It downloads the page and then gives a cannot find server error. I got on it and it downloaded only about a 1/4th of the page and after a few minutes of refreshing it crashed. Can you please look into this? The domain is thehotweb.net

IT works now but it keeps refreshing the page and only loads about 1/3. Can you please check if this is a server error or something on my end?

We upgraded Apache (and PHP) on the server you are on and that is probably the reason you may have seen a couple minutes of downtime on the Web server. However, I do not notice your index page refreshing constantly. Have you tried closing out the browser and opening a new window or even restarting?

I just looked and before the page loaded it sent a warning:
of an error file("templates/top_login.htm")
no such file

Also a call to a file in your public_html directory called: _functions.php it says line 660 bad argument to implode()

Then the page loaded fine to me.

10:30pm EST June 6th 2002 is when I tried it

Yeah I am too lazy to get to that error, it's an easy fix I just dont have any spare time. It might have been my end as everything works fine. Thank you for everyones help.
