Domain question

My current domain is liberty-outreach.org. At the time pf registration libertyoutreach.org wasn't available, but now it is. How much trouble would it be to switch everything to the new domain and keep the old one as a secondary url for the same site?

When I mean switch everything, I mean email addresses and all. Currently my own personal address is the only one that gets any significant amount of use, so I'd be the only one really effected.
