Is jaguarpc.com only for usa/japan customers?

I wrote this "Support ticket" to jaguarpc SALES 5 hours before,

and see from "country" pulldown menu only: United States of America and Japan!!!

I am not from usa/japan so I CAN NOT use your web hosting service?

It sounds crazy!

They just changed the signup process when they launched the new site last week. That was probably an oversight. PM Jag, the president of JPC and tell him about it. He's usually really good about fixing mistakes on the site.

There are clients here from many different countries, USA and Japan are not the only ones.

You expect them to reply at 3:00am in the morning? They have to sleep sometime you know. They offer tech support 24 hours a day as far as I know, but the sales department staff go home at the end of the day.

My friends asked me every 15' for our site so I can not be patient :-D

i lost 15 days to find, try hosts ... now I decided for jaguarPC.com

hope I choiced TRUSTABLE host, the most important factor for me.
