    Billing Phone #

    I changed my credit card #, and i've tried calling the Billing Number five times now to get it changed, but they're never there between 7am and 4pm... Anyone know how I can get ahold of them?

    My site got suspended now because they haven't responded. I'm more than a little miffed.

    In the control panel it says you can update this information yourself in the clients area.

    I looked in the Clients area before, and I couldn't find it there. Now that my account's been suspended, I can't get to it though.

    You might try sending in a support ticket or emailing the sales department then. I recall someone saying that there isnt enough staff to man the phones so it isnt the best method to obtain support.

    Fun... I can't access the support section since my account has been suspended, and the support@jaguarpc.com account is now just an autoresponder telling you to use the support ticket system... Is there any way of getting ahold of an actual person there?

    A suspended account shouldn't lock you out of the support ticket system because the support system is completely separate from your server account. If you've never used the ticket system, click on the big red text reading "Click to create a support login." If you've used it before and can't remember your login, just create a new one.

    You also implied that you were able to log in to the clients section. To update your CC info, clieck on "Modify Details" in the blue bar on the left of the browser and then fill in the info for your new card.

    Email us at sales@jaguarpc.com with your domain and last four digits of the card on file. We cna then give you your client section login. Also, you can open a ticket online or calls us 713-960-1502. At the ticket sytem login create a new ticket tracking account, use that login to open a new ticket, and we will be happy to assist you.

    I recommend the sales email method or a phone call, we're here and if your calling at the times shown on the site (cst) then someone will answer.

    You can of course PM me the details here in the forum if you like as well.
