I don't understand what the poll is even about! Some of them look like computers, and some of them look like Network hubs, and some of them look like Audio Receivers. I wouldn't want my computers to look like any of these. A computer should look like a computer, not a VCR.

I'm not particularly a fan of any of them. I don't decide on a computer based on aestetics, I decide based on things like speed, power, and expandability. I prefer cases with lots of slots for adding drives and motherboards slots for adding expansion cards.

That said, the computer market, as computer technology becomes more accessible to consumers, things are changing. Technologies like USB and FireWire make it possible to expand without opening the case (which Jane Homemaker would never dream of doing).

Although there is a bit of inferred scarcasm in Lvzardoz's response, it holds some truth. In general, women tend to like things to be pretty. Men on the other hand chose power over looks.
