My site is down again. It looks like Krypton is the only machine down again. Is there something wrong with that machine? Can I request to be moved to a better one? How do they track downtime for the purposes of getting a refund? Do I have to keep track of it somehow? Does anyone else see the irony of naming a computer after a planet that EXPLODED?
