    Thumbs up Congratulations Jaguar

    Tried to go to my site this morning which is located on neon.

    Unable to open the site, I came to the forums for the first time in months and opened the 'news' forum.

    Imagine that! There was a complete explanation as to what was happening to neon along with an estimated time of revival.

    Can't imagine why such a simple thing has been so difficult to achieve in the past for Aletia and for sometime by Jaguar - but past is past - and although my site is down - I can live with that since Jaguar has extended me the courtesy of letting me know why and that they are aware of it and what they are doing about it.

    Congratulations Jaguar keep up the good work an informed customer may not necessarily be a happy customer (depending on circumstances at the time) but I can guarantee if situations occur they will be not nearly as unhappy as the customer who is kept uninformed.
