I guess I've stumped support...it's been assigned for a long time. So calling all resellers.
For some reason and I may be wrong, I was thinking I had the zend version of clientexec installed and i'm trying to upgrade.
Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 3, whereas the Optimizer expects 1; The encoded file was probably encoded by the Zend Guard for PHP 5 (zendenc5), and therefore cannot be run on PHP 4
I don't know anything about zend or ioncube. Should I use the ioncube version instead or is the zend version correct and there is something I should add to htaccess to run the clientexec dir under php5?
Alright guys, they said they don't know why. Anyone else upgraded to 4.0.9 zend?
