    I moved my plan from newcentaurus to talos because newcentaurus had become so unreliable, this week talos mysql has been down 2 times and now http is down.

    talos mysql server offine

    for the third time this week the mysql server is offline, why wasnt this fixed the 1st time it went down? why didnt you look into it the 2nd time it went down as there is clearly an underlying issue, it is down again websites offline,

    it has now got to the stage where I wake up each morning wondering if my websites will be up or down

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. The Apache web service has already been restarted and running fine. We are monitoring the server now to ensure stability and uptime. Thank you.

    Hi pierse,

    MySQL service has been restarted on the server and it is running now. We are investigating this issue to ensure it does not happen again. Please advise did you open a ticket with Support? If so please provide us its number so that we can keep you updated regarding this issue. Thank you.

    The server is under monitoring to see if there is some user overloading the MySQL.

    talos down again

    for the 4th time in 7 days, The MySQL server is down again, in my previous ticket you said the root cause had been resolved how has it reoccurred?

    The MySQL service has been started on the server , can you please let me know the ticket number where this was handled earlier ?

    I requested to be moved to a more reliable server in April let us see what Jaguars idea of a more reliable server is:


    29 June http down
    28 June Mysql down
    17 June Mysql & http are down
    15 June Mysql & http are down
    11 June mysql is down
    9 June mysql is down

    how many outages does it take before you realise that restarting the service isnt going to fix the underlying problem?

    how many threads and tickets do I have to open about this **** server and your **** service before you will actually fix the problem?

    Hi pierse,

    The issue has been taken care of and Apache web service is responding now. We are monitoring the server and investigating the issue. We do not usually allow this to keep on happening on our servers and take appropriate actions to permanently solve such issues. Since its a shared server so probability of such issues is bit high but we always take measures and perform dedicated monitoring of servers when required. We will take action against user that will be found causing load on it. Thank you for your patience.

    here is the reponse i get in the ticket from your support

    ***.com is opening normally on our end. Are you still experiencing this issue?

    Are your support staff so useless that they dont even check that the mysql is running? do they think I like opening tickets because I have nothing better to do, for years I have been with jag and the last 6 months your service has turned to ****, with support generally waiting for a problem to fix itself or just restarting a service and then claming that there the server wasnt having any problem or you website is loading normally now - well the website is not loading normally because the mysql elements are not available and cpanel mysql databases reports that the mysql server is offline which I reported over an hour ago

    and which i reported on every other day that this **** service has being going offline, your support have obviously got no intention of trying to address the underlying issue but prefer to deny a problem even exists

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The server is under close monitoring and we are trying to find the cause for this problem. We will update here once we have more information available on this.
