This is a discussion on server down and more than 7 hours to answer a ticket service in the Resellers forum
took more than 7 hours waiting for a response to a ticket service and nothing ... I have problems with the server and no fix, ...

    took more than 7 hours waiting for a response to a ticket service and
    nothing ... I have problems with the server and no fix, just follow intermittently in the service
    talos.nocdirect.com server problems this for over 3 months and give no solution, yesterday I was suspended several pages that allegedly caused the problem but the server is worse today has not worked at all and I could not make a backup database of 13 megs to move a page.

    you have to do a technical support to help you?
