If it's quicker...restart.
It's been back up for a while
If only that were true...
I use it for more than just http
POP3 is showing up...but i use imap. that for sure is still down.
angry clients are piling up...
Guess I should've logged in and checked my ticket. Even though Jag's own network monitor shows there is an issue, they apparently didn't know it was ongoing.
Gotta say i'm disappointed too. This is what happens when things are not with in your control. We'll be changing gears soon and saying goodbye to Jaguar so we can gain more control over what happens. It's also nice to let the customer know what happened, instead of giving them a generic answer. Too many of these incidents lately.
Yea, I escalated my ticket awhile back...it's just sitting there unassigned.
Just chatted here's the response:
I have updated the ticket letting them know that you would like an update on how long this will take and for them to update you with what exactly is going on.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. I did update this ticket for you, and you should have a response here shortly.
Already escalated this as well....pretty sure that escalation feature is meaningless. Just makes us feel like someone is feverishly working to resolve the issue.
Still no word on the server alert forum either...it's only been hours though.
We are already working on this. The server was experiencing some load issues and it would be back to normal soon.
Thanks for the cooperation and the patience.

Was experiencing load issues...was being the keyword. I need something else to tell my clients now. They've figured out the flux capacitor has nothing to do with imap and cpanel.
