    Thanks, David. Clients are all on edge after the extended downtime a couple weeks ago. Hopefully we're back up quickly.

    Hello,

    I went back and took a look at what was going on, it appeared that we were out of swap and then we had a trace call. I have been watching this server since I brought it back up and it has been responding normally since then. We are continuing to monitor the situation and are ready to respond if we do notice anything abnormal crop up.

    If you are still having issues, please notify support.

    Come on, we're getting close to 6 hours now.

    At this point, the "anything abnormal" you want us to report, are those rare moments when demetrius is actually up and running.

    Any word on when MySql might be up and running again?

    MySQL has been restarted. We are still working on the RAM upgrade right now.

    Hello,

    We have found the issue and swapped out the server hardware, there was no data migration necessary. The new server is up and responding to all services, the load is normal and we are not experiencing the problems we were having earlier. We are closely monitoring the server, but it appears that the problem is resolved.

    Hello,

    I don't see any issues with mail right now. Are you have problems through webmail or through a client (thunderbird or outlook)?
