    TALOS server with all the pages offline

    Good afternoon, I have all the pages fall, get the following error

    Template Error: The template file must be given

    no service is active

    If you can see that it talks about the mistake that they are presenting

    now tell me they have deleted my account and with it all the pages, domains and information they had on the server, how can I remove my account when I have always been and I've dutifully paid over 4 years hiring their services

    I'm very sorry you are going through this.

    Are they saying

    "Omarpa deleted all of your pages"

    or are they saying

    "JPC deleted all of your pages"

    ??

    Are they saying you didn't pay your bill or that they made a mistake or something else?

    they tell me they have deleted my account and therefore all the pages and I had never asked them to remove my account, I encounter daily in payments

    We are looking into this issue. Is Linux CPanel/WHM Web-hosting Blog the correct domain? Do you have a ticket number available?

    no, not that case, my service ticket is 13460567 I can not access whm and all my pages are elliminadas according to the technical support chat

    I'd GUESS that was just an example of the error he was seeing.

    His forum homepage points to a parked domain, but I don't know what domain of his is having an issue.

    main domains in which they get the error discussed above, but if I enter a url example dominio.com / file.html 404 error tells me

    Ron, I made sure that the issue was being addressed by our support team. Since the time stamp on the ticket and the forum thread coincided I gathered that it would be resolved very soon. Is everything up and running smoothly again for you Omarpa?

    I know that we're not on the greatest of terms and I understand why you might view my posts with a jaded eye, but I am a pretty direct guy. :-D

    I've long said that frustrated customers are likely to prefer a short statement including apology for the problem, a declaration that you're working to get it fixed with expediency and a thanks for their forbearance. With the possible addition of a statement of intent to prevent it from happening in the future.
