New Order - still no response or tracking of status

I signed up for a VPS package and the tracking to check order status for setup of my new account does not work, it is blank page, and when I asked for information yesterday I still have not received any response. It has now almost been 48 hours and still nothing, it says the account should be setup in 12-48 hours. I'm very concerned here as this is just my first order with JaguarPC and this is a bad first impression. I hope there normal support is much faster/responsive than this.

I have approved the order, and I do apologize for the delay. The Rep that worked the order, thought he saw an issue with it, but did not check it closely enough. I will talk to him about it.
