Looking for Dedicated server

Hi,

I am an existing customer at ResellerZoom for shared reseller hosting. I am looking for change in my host due to the delayed time in resolving issue specially related to windows server hosting (otherwise they are great and friendly). Also I want to upgrade from shared reseller plan to Dedicated hosting plan.

I want to consider JPC for my dedicated hosting need but need to know few things before purchasing
1. What is the average resolution time for windows server issues.
2. Does windows dedicated hosting has Full server Management service as add-on (I was unable to find it in the order form). If yes then does Full Server Management Services include free transfer for my clients too, and does it also include restoration of accounts.
3. I have paid for my hosting till May 2012 so if I move from RZ to JPC can I get my balance amount to pay my initial dues at JPC as its owned by same people.
4. Also I have my unused rewards points at RZ can I use them.
