    Sigh. These forums never used to be subject to over-zealous moderation. I made a point in this thread for a reason. And as I mentioned, a phrase in the post now doesn't make sense.

    I did have a great weekend, thank you. I was camping, and had no Internet access. Very refreshing.

    Ron, you were absolutely right. I re-read over it this morning. I am going to see what I can do about getting it expanded further.

    Hmm...Looks like there's some kind of discrepancies going on here...

    I was about to make my next move to purchase but after reading this thread, it kinda hold me back for now. While I do appreciate these guys coming
    forward to voice their views on it, my level of confidence is somehow restricted now.

    I can't afford and risk my online business that will be operated in Asia.

    I'm sorry you feel that way, Vans.

    Don't take this conversation out of context; JAG has always been top notch when it comes to customer service and relations. They've just brought on a new crew to improve things and this has just been a misunderstanding, and this discussion hasn't affected what JAG is all about.

    They ALWAYS go the extra mile and bend over backwards for the clients, this was just a stupid argument over a phrase.

    Hi Ron,

    Thanks for the well wishes. I had already chose JAG as my top priority among all the choices that other hosts had offered me before this, even with
    better deals. I had came across JAG from a friend in Asia who used to be their VPS customer for 3 years with less problems. Hence, the choice.

    I had investors running for my business in Asia, and i cant afford to lose that trust and have to choose my options with utmost care.

    Vans, I think utmost care requires top notch information. That's why I jumped in when I felt you (and all reading later) were being told things that IMHO give the wrong impression.

    I don't think there is any host that guarantees 100% uptime; nobody guarantees software and only some cloud hosts are getting close to guaranteeing their hardware platform (with a really poor track record thus far). If you have a business relying on it, you need to know these things and plan accordingly.

    JagPC is among the top in this market, AFAIK. (Which is all the more reason IMHO to remain straightforward and honest instead of tossing thruth and reputation on the marking BS bandwagon.)

    Thank you very much. The web community do in need of people like you to come in and inform us the right things. Once again, and on behalf of the others too, thank you.While i do agree with you on the guarantees portion, there is definitely some integrity issue here that are questionable.

    I had shown this thread to my friend in Asia, that used to be JaguarPC's customer for 3 years and also the one who had recommended me to them and i
    found him to be shock as well after the reviews given by members of the forum here.

    Needless to say, he was also taken aback by the comments given. He had even commented that "perhaps things had changed" compared to when he first
    started with JaguarPC. We also took note that the members who comment in this thread are customers who had been here for a number of years,
    like yourself.(join date: 2002) and not some rantings from a new customer.

    As mention earlier, we had establish a network of investors investing in the project and potential investors to be, in the future. I am expecting
    at least 1-2K visitors during the first launch. I cant afford to lose my clients and my business as much had been invested, both money and time.

    For your information, I am not getting a shared server hosting but a VPS, Business plan or a Dedicated server for a year or two and have plans
    to upgrade them in the future. It will be a long term plan and it involves quite large sum of money.

    In addition, we have a pool of clients who are currently looking for hosts and future prospective clients via our business social site that will launch in Asia and had even thought of referring them to JaguarPC. But we need to consider this carefully as we do not want to tarnish our good
    reputation in our community in Asia.

    I am still considering my options as there are some hosting companies that had offered me and arrange for me better deals in their package.
    It's a win-win situation.

    Nevertheless, I am still placing JaguarPC as the top of my list among all of them because somehow i do believe in them and with the fact that
    the company is open and daring enough to launch forums, social networking sites to engage with their customers which i applauded for.

    I just need some time before i reach my decisions. I believe that something needs to be done to instill back the customer's trust, especially those who will favor back into the business.

    We have had a 100% network up-time guarantee for years. Not really sure why it was even called into debate.

    Vans always feel free to put forth your offer from others. We more often than not can beat those offers and would love to have you aboard. I apologize for everyone's remarks, we're a passionate bunch both clients and staff. Of course staff is held to a standard and if anything came off condescending we apologize, tone is hard to relay in text but Im certain Zach didn't mean to offend anyone. We're here to help.

    Thank you for the reassurance.
    I am delighted to hear that you would love to have me onboard.

    Zach had been very sincere and had tried to convince me by contacting me via email. By doing so, he is one of the primary reason that JaguarPC
    is one of the top host in my list among the other hosts that i had listed out.

    I don't doubt Zach but I do hope that you do understand that i value other views too especially these members who had given their comments
    have been around for a number of years.

    After this incident, I had since took the initiative to find out more about JaguarPC in terms of support, services etc via this forum and
    other sites like web hosting talk. There are mixed views both negative and positive reviews. But, after you personally had reply to this thread,
    it had reassured me further and i thank you for that.

    I had shared with Zach over the email what other hosts are offering me and what i have for them in return.
