    Bell dork, how about this, You worry about your work schedule, and if you work on weekends or holidays. Don't try and change USA companies and what our beliefs and business practices are here. Obviously some companies still value FAMILY life here.

    I commend Jag for being closed on holidays. Especially CHRISTMAS!

    Most businesses are closed today. I called my VISA card, and THEIR Customer service is CLOSED TOO! The only thing you can do is report a stolen credit card via automated system.

    One of my friends is Japanese, and he said japan's business close quite often for their holidays and religious events.

    It seems Bell Dork, that you are an extremely negative person and BRING nothing to the forums but conflict. No wonder you were banned before. Maybe Greg should ban you again and make it permanent this time.

    BTW, your banks are all working. It's just the branches that are closed. The computers are humming away, and they have staff on the job.

    Can't actually speak for the US, but around here, for pretty much all intents and purposes banks are closed. Sure I can log on to my account and I can fill out some online forms too, but next to nothing actually gets processed.

    And, I must say I'm rather put of by the name calling. Aren't both of you supposed to be senior citizens around here? How about you both go wash your mouths with a nice class of wine?

    Hope your Holidays were great, if you celebrate the holiday, or Christmas of course. You are right, the name calling is ridiculous. I have asked Bell thorpe multiple times to stop with the Golovo, but of course he didn't, so, I gave it to him back. I admit, not the best thing to do, but the constant negativity and useless posts is ruining the forums.

    It seems that a handful of select people use the forums to constantly bash Jaguar, or bash other customers who are happy with Jaguar, etc. Eventually it would not surprise me, due to all the negativity, that Jaguar just eliminates the forum.

    The forums should be used to share information, advice, tips, and a place to help each other resolve problems, and make new friends. Not the constant useless bashing posts.

    The forum was not designed to replace the support ticket system. All Hosting companies use a support ticket system. Support tickets take time, and not all problems are resolved instantly. If you search around the internet and look at reviews of ALL other hosting companies, you will see the same kind of rants. It seems that people always expect instant results, but in reality, this is not possible.

    There is not one Hosting company anywhere, that doesn't have the same systems, and the same constant complaints.

    I believe JaguarPC gives great support, is it perfect, No, but is any support perfect, NO. With so many variables, conditions, software, hardware, limitations due to speed, etc, things take time to properly diagnose, isolate, create a solution and then implement.

    Just like automobiles, people think dealers can hook up a computer and the computer instantly tells them what is wrong. So far from reality.

    Such a shame.
