    Account Activation

    Hello JaguarPC:

    Just curious as to where you are in the queque for activating accounts. I ordered my VPS on Saturday and I am eagerly waiting for my server to be set up. My order number is #37702 and it says that it is under pending review.

    I've tried calling your toll free support and your live chat for sales and billing has been offline for quite some time. It hasn't been 48 hours yet and I know with the holidays and your fraud detection measures it will take time for everyone's orders to be processed.

    Just hoping for some signs of life and a quick time table.

    Hello James,

    Everything is going great so far. I submitted a ticket and got my cPanel issue squared away. Misty from Customer Service also gave me my code for my WHMcs License.

    The only thing still pending in my ticket (#13468756) is getting Softaculous installed within cPanel.
