I have called, left a message, emailed, and even tried chat over the course of the past 48 hours. I just have some basic questions about the SDX plans before I sign up. Now it's almost beyond that because I am wondering just how things are going to be in terms of support once I've paid.
I'm sitting here with money wanting to give it to you guys and can not get an answer anywhere...
