I have called, left a message, emailed, and even tried chat over the course of the past 48 hours. I just have some basic questions ...

    I've been trying to contact someone in sales for two days.

    I have called, left a message, emailed, and even tried chat over the course of the past 48 hours. I just have some basic questions about the SDX plans before I sign up. Now it's almost beyond that because I am wondering just how things are going to be in terms of support once I've paid.

    I'm sitting here with money wanting to give it to you guys and can not get an answer anywhere...

    Maybe he should open a ticket if the phone/email/chat system isn't working for him?

    I too am not sure why you have been having issues with contacting us. Our sales team was on chat all day every day and our phones are active and we check our voicemails and get back to all that have requested.
