Questions on going dedicated

Hi there, just wondering when upgrading for a dedicated box it has in the offer;
Intel Core i5 2500 CPU, 4x 3.3Ghz Core, 6M L3, 8 GB DDR3-1333, 1x 1TB, 10TB Bandwidth, Fully managed, FREE WHM/cPanel

but in the options for a control panel you have $25 extra for dedicated cpanel option, or no control panel at all... no free option to choose?

Also, are dedicated servers set up over a weekend or only during weekdays/office hours?

Sorry for my late reply also, well I've gone ahead and ordered a dedicated server from jag, just going through the set up process

Been a customer here on and off since 2007 and wouldn't think of doing business elsewhere anyway
