Hi nstamm,
Yes please email sales and we will be happy to look into it for you. The billing for AletiaNIC is actually handled by the registrar Enom, who we resell domains for. So we need to contact them about it.
It's possible the extra charge you see is just a temporary hold by your bank and the funds will be released within a few business days. This happens when transactions fail for an address mismatch or expired credit card, etc.

I talked to Clayton after forwarding some EMails. Still waiting on a response after told it needs to be elevated ...
As far as I can tell I only have one recent renewal. Two messages from PayPal and two transaction IDs ...
I had a thought it could be for another domain auto renewal after I got my CC updated but seems not.

I am on shift for a little more than 6 and a half hours. If you escalate the ticket while I'm here I will get to it as soon as possible. I am not caught up on the situation like Clayton is, but once I see the ticket I will investigate further.

Also, we don't accept Paypal for domains through AletiaNIC, we only accept Paypal for domains through a JaguarPC account. But as I said I am not up to date with the situation so I will deal with your ticket if I come across it.

I have a PayPal business card that I use. So it was not a PayPal invoice. And I was told the ticket is on hold.
I have a ticket number 13485176 that might help? I also forwarded the two PayPal EMails to sales ...
I honestly wouldn't mind if it was turned into a two year renewal if I could see that in my account ...
Just wondering if it was trying to renew another domain. I have a bunch under aletiaNIC.

I see I will hang tight then. The first two I forwarded were incorrect and figured I'd call or jump on here...
My fault for all the tickets. The last two I forwarded were the PayPal transaction EMails from yesterday.
I really appreciate the attention. If it can be rolled into a two year I'm fine with that ...

Hi Nathan,
It's no problem. Clayton added the transaction ID's to the ticket with Enom so we'll see what they come up with.
As the Paypal emails mentioned, the transactions are not final so it's possible there is a temporary hold on the funds and they will be released within a few business days.

Glad to see you're getting plenty of attention. But I've learned over the years that it's vitally important to have just one ticket for one issue.
