Come on now, Zhen-Zhell has been here whenever there has been a site-downed situation, and normally if there is a problem on anyone's end, it is fixed pretty quickly. AFAIK, computercops.biz is running on a dedicated server, so the only real outage you should have is due to the name servers.

Matt, phoenix22 is one of my staff. In fact there have been major outages since 8 AM yesterday. It was offline for about 1.5 hours yesterday, and so far today it (the entire server) has been offline for 5 hours.

Its not a good situation. I didn't want to take this public, however, my staff are also pretty upset about this. Lets close this thread down or remove it please. I want there to exist good relations.

I've visited your computercops site nearly every day since I discovered it ( via this forum here). I actually visited it on the day that you reported it was down, so maybe I got lucky.

I must say, that when the SPEWS email blocking thing came up, it was really a pleasant spectacle, to see a pro-active user like you, digging into the problem, trying to make contacts, and keeping everyone else informed. That was great.

And as security threats arise, I'd think the administrators here are very grateful for whatever early warnings and suggestions that you post.

So, ( to you admin guys)... please give Zhen-Xjell (Paul) your home phone numbers, pager numbers, etc... whatever it takes, to keep this important dedicated server customer's machine running, eh? I think that's what he is paying for.

The spin-off benefits to everyone else have got to be worth it, don't you think?
