    User Distributing some of my software on his website.

    Hello,

    Im not sure where else to put this but I'm having a problem with a user that is distributing one of my programs over his forums which are hosted on jaguar pc.

    I wrote a program called "NSAdmin" which is a tool used for server administration for my Half-Life Natural-Selection server. This guy used to host my servers, and since I split with him he has been giving out my software without permission (He never paid for it, he was never given any rights to use it).

    He has been using his forum to simply to release my software illegally. (Which AFAIK, this is not allowed by Jaguar).

    Is there anything that can be done about this? I have asked him to remove my software, he replies with childish insults (And if a support staff wants I can show you the logs of the problems I have been having with this user).

    Its not, Its a custom software program I wrote. (Its auctually a server-side hook, which hooks onto the game and adds custom functions).

    I'll show the headers of the source if I have to.
