www.cg-dream.com doesn't seem to be resolving yet. Your index.htm file should come up if you type in the IP address for the site. To resolve to the domain name takes a couple of days.

I just did a search for your IP and came up with 66.227.58.205. Is this the correct number? When I type this into a browser I get back only the Apache spash screen. If you have an index.htm file in your public_html folder I would think that you should get something, anything other than the Apache splash screen, even an error of some type.

You mentioned in a different thread that you are on the v100 plan. Since that one does not come with a unique IP address, you won't be able to access your site by IP address directly. You'll have to wait for your name to begin resolving, which can take from about one to three days (sometimes a bit longer) to happen.

For now, use http://servername.nocdirect.com/~username to see your site, where servername is the name of the server you're on (it should be in your welcome email, I thoink you mentioned in in your other post) and username is the username they gave you to access your CPanel.
