I've never installed vBulletin, so I an't be of much help, but I can tell you the basics.
First, all of the script files that come with vB have to go somewhere inside of your public_html firectory. You'll probably wnat to put them in a subdirectory named something like forum unless the forum is the only thing you'll have on your site.
You'll need to set up a database in CPanel for vB to store all of its user and post info in. To do this, go to the MySQL Databases section of CPanel and create a database and a user to go with it. You can name both however you choose (forum would be a good choice), but note that both will be prepended with your site's username (mysite_forum, for example).
Follow the directions that come with vB for getting it running. Somewhere you'll be asked for a database name, username, and password. Enter those as you did when creating them in the step above.
Once you get the database configured, you'll need to create the tables where the data will be stored. I'd imagine that vB includes some sort of script to do this. Just follow the directions and you should get have it up and running pretty quick.

Thanks jason for help,
you you right VB has it's own control panel to do tabels and useres which easy to deal with.
i allready made a users and databass name, then i tried to delet what i made, unfortunately, i coudent delete the user. i dont know why ?![]()
do you have any idea about this ..
You probably can't delete the user if it is still linked to a database, so try removing the user from the DB, then delete the user. (If you've already done that, then I don't know what's wrong.)
