Firstly, what is with the jaguar support and help desks being absolutely impossible to access? it just keeps taking me back to the login page.. Ive had problems with support here for the whole time ive been here. Although I notice that no such problems accure when i try going to any sections that may involve me BUYING more services. tsk tsk.


& So, for the last few hours whenever i go to my domain i get sent to Ultimatedisney.com. WHY & HOW LONG WILL THIS LAST FOR?

The ticket system was up and running fine when I just checked. It's not often that it goes offline, although it has on occasion. I believe it is also on a different server than the rest of the Jaguar site.

Sounds more like you are experiencing either a username/password issue or a cache/cookie problem on your end. Try going to another site and then clearing your browser cache and cookies. Then try logging on again here:

If that still fails, you may be able to verify your password and username via the tool they provide on the login page. The partial credit card number that they ask for is simply a security measure, nothing more.

And if that still fails, another recourse would be contact Jag or one of the other forum leaders here via their profiles here in the forums (either via email or private message). You can find a listing of those by clicking on the "Leaders" link in the forum header. Use this method as a last resort; accessing the ticket system is usually the best way to get support around here.

There's also a phone number listed under the Jaguar contacts page, although it is not meant as a tech support number.

Forgot to say that your login problems could also be tied to your browser's Internet security settings. Maybe they have been set too high. Cookie eating software such as Ad-aware and the like may also prevent a successful login.
