    Sites Inaccessible.

I logged on this morning to find all my sites were inaccessible. I then checked my e-mail to see if there was a problem, and found out that my credit card had been denied, because I changed banks. Well, I should not have been billed yet, because Jag promised me a one month credit when I signed up, because my account wasn't setup in 24 hours. I e-mailed billing, and they responded quickly, saying they were sorry for the oversight, and that my account had been extended one month as promised. Well guess what, my sites still have not been restored. This was over 5 hours ago that I sent the e-mail to sales. I also sent another e-mail to sales, and I also opened a support ticket. I wonder if they are very busy today. I'm supposed to open a new web site this weekend, and I can't even work on it! This is frustrating. By the way, all I have ever done is praise Jag, so this is my one time to vent. If anyone has any tips on what else I should do, please let me know.
