Due to a change of ISP I have recently moved all my pop mail account to my Aletia account. One of these is used for mailing lists subscriptions and gets quite busy, and to add to that I only delete mail from the server a week after downloading. Still these lists do not have attachments and so it should usually be say no more than around 2,000 mails in the account.
Several of the lists are Yahoo! groups and ever since switching to Aletia I have had trouble with mail bouncing, and consequently delivery being stopped. This has never been a problem when I have used free POP accounts, or my previous ISP's accounts. Any reason why this should be happening with Aletia? According to the Yahoo! site it is seeing the error:
"Remote host said: 550 Administrative prohibition"
To me this sounds like a quota issue. The accounts though were set up via the control panel with the quota option left blank which I assume means no quota and that the account should be able to get as large as my hosting package allows (currently 38.70MB used and 161.30 MB available so that shouldn't be a problem).
Finally when I click Show Disk Space Used on the POP account page of the Control Panel nothing happens (I am using Safari on a Mac).
Can anyone offer any explanations and suggestions on how to resolve this.
Many thanks.
