    Question Log in problems????

    I am having some real problems trying to log in. I can get into my C-panel no problem, but when I try the customer log in it doesnt work. I want to start a ticket to change my domain name but I cant log in. Where do I go to get this information?

    Log in to the Client section with your full domain name and the password that was in your welcome email (it may or may not be the same as the one you use for your account, I'm not sure).

    Also, the thing that kept me from logging in was - 'they' had capatilized the first letter of my domain name, i.e. I had to use Lenon.com, not lenon.com in order to login.

    I have sent the login information to the client section over to the email address on our files.
    Please confirm that you are able to login using that information.
