I have noticed a lot of these problems recently.

When clients request for some new features, we might move the client over to another server after notifying them. However we do specifically request them to do the following asap:

1) Check if all the files as well as the databases have been successfully moved over to the new server.

2) Notify us as soon as they confirm that the domain has started resolving to the new IP address and all the files are in place in the new server, so that we can remove the relevant files from the old server.

It is imperative that this be done. In the event of it not being done, we will have duplicate accounts on two servers.

This will cause a lot of problems with missing emails and the like. In case anyone has not yet notified us , please do so by opening a support request, with the following details.

1) Old IP address or server name where the domain had been located.

2) The new server to which it had been moved.

We shall verify that the files have been removed from the old server.
