    USe your full domain name (al-dara.org) as the username and the password that was in your welcome email as the password. The password is most likely the same one as you use for your site's login, unless you changed it for your site. In that case it will likely be the original password that was set when you're account was set up.

    Not meaning any disrespect, but isn't that kind of a catch-22 answer???

    I take it Susy that you meant for al-dara to contact you or someone else in Jaguar support via email or pm. That is, if accessing the ticket system was still a problem for al-dara.

    Another ticket logon problem

    Hm,

    I just sent a note to sales@jaguarpc.com for exactly the same problem - I can't access cpanel so I tried to submit a ticket. Neither the domain (classicjets.org) nor the UserID (classicj) permitted me to logon to the ticket system.

    I even tried the "lost password" option but that didn't like me either.

    This isn't the first time this domain has acted up. (It's on Uranium, I think.)
