    Ticket system

    I have a four day old ticket in the ticket system, that has not been resolved. It is a standard request, regarding name servers for a domain name - I have several accounts where it took less than two hours to get it solved. However, there is no reply from Support. If anyone in Support is checking these forums, please reply to my ticket.

    Please let me know the ticket number and I shall take care of it asap. There are no open tickets of yours in our ticketing system right now in the support section.
