How many usernames and passwords are there?

I have been trying to log into my e-mail for hours. I have no problem using the password to get on the Account Information page, but when I attempt to enter my the same username and password to be able to access WEB MAIL, it always gives me the ACCESS DENIED message.

SO many username options pop up. I don't remember which to evn use anymore. I also changed my password twice.
Is there anywhere I can go to verify my PASSWORDS and USERNAMES?

For webmail, if it is an account that you created, you need to use the full email address for the username. If its your default account, then you should use the same username and password as you do to access your control panel.
