... Please please please check the server status page (inside the clients section) to see if the server is actually down. If it is showing as up, however yor site isnt please submit a ticket so that the techs know and can look into it.

If you see red next to your servers name then give the techs 10-15 minutes to attend to it before submitting a ticket.
