Its been ages since I was on icq's site , but they should have what you need in the links section , if its still there.

Go to http://webtools.icq.com/webtools and look for the link for status indicators. As for the other products, I don't think they have ways to show status. When Jag used to run YaBB for the boards there were icons under our names for ICQ, AIM, and I think Yahoo. I think ICQ was the only one that showed status. Clicking the other two would launch a chat window with that person if they were online, but I don't think it showed if they were or not until you clicked it.

I believe Yahoo and ICQ have info on how to do that on their sites. You can always look at the YaBB source if you want to see how we did ithttp://www.yabbforum.com
