I've been seeing a rather large increase in outages of various kinds. The latest is that both cpanel and email won't work for one of my domains. This on top of the "slow server" problem. It seems this is tied to multiple upgrades that were not planned or executed very well, resulting in a rather less than smooth transition. E.g., when my domain was moved to a new server, the subdomains (and pointer domains) were missed and not moved. Next I discovered that log files weren't updating either.

Up to this point, I've been very happy with Jaguar. I'm wondering if others are affected by these same issues. It would probably be good to get a list of all the categories of issues that have resulted and then try to come up with some good recommendations on how to avoid such problems in the future. (E.g., a check list that says when you plan to do X, these are all the things you must also do to complete the task correctly.) Since I've only been with Jaguar for 6 months or so, do others know if there has been such an activity?
