    Ticket system problems

What can I say? I'm a troublemaker. For the second time in my history of using JaguarPC as my host (Little over a year) I've gotten my account suspended. Probably because of excessive server processing load. I have this feeling it's a special image using GD/PHP with some odd 250000 views a day, that's another story.

My problem is I can't get into the ticket system, which seems to have been suspended along with my ftp. Therefore, I can't tell why my account was suspended, beyond a general idea. I don't have pr0n or unacceptable views on society, I'm just somewhat of a sloppy PHP coder. I'd do good working for Microsoft =p.

Anyway, getting off rambling, how do I get rid of whatever got my account suspended?

Can't. I use paypal. I don't remember what number I was told to use.

Its been a long time since I used my PayPal account. Unless PayPal
has made some drastic changes you should be able to log into PayPal
and check charges against any credit card you have registered to
see which one you have used at Jag.

Nope. No credit card numbers. I sent an email to sales@jaguarpc.com.

For a simple meaningless tripod style "This is my Home Page!!!" Web Site, I sure get into a lot of trouble.

Just curious. How did you sign up at Jag initially without a Credit Card Number?

I'm fairly sure you did not give Jag the number, but it should still show up in you
    PayPal account.

You mentioned this is the second time you have had problems. How did you resolve
    the problems the first time?

The proceedure should be the same.

Well, at the time they were just using a dummy credit card number and probably had someone taking incoming payments at the email I usually send my monthly fee to.

    Concerning the other question, well...

I'm a freelance PHP/MySQL/FileSystem coder. I've done everything from Web based file managers to single-file threaded message boards. The first time was a file download system that read and put out files byte for byte, and sucked resources royally.

I don't know if this is related or not, but I was using the trouble ticket system to report that email authentication was broken. I just got a reply from support through email. You can't reply to the email directly, so I went back to the trouble ticket system. Now trouble ticket authentication is broken. I cannot get in to the trouble ticket system to report the problem because I cannot authenticate to the trouble ticket system. (we seem to have a looping issue here...)

Aye, looping is a problem. You ever tried a Windows security program called DeepFreeze? There's bad looping. =) Then one of my email accounts isn't working, so I wasn't getting back emails from anyone or anything. It's just been a bad week! Here's hoping that things pick up.

I think you misunderstood my second
question. I understand why your site
    might have been suspended.

My question was how did you handle
    the previous suspension? According to
what you have stated previously you
have no credit card on file with Jag.

If all else fails I suggest you PM Jag,
Erick, or Less. Sales has a reputation
    of being slow to respond.

Yeah me too. Now two of my web sites have reverted to old pages from early October. I also just noticed that one of my primary sites has been moved to a new server - no notice. BUT, email now works and I can use trouble tickets again! Sigh.
