You should not wait a week to contact us regarding a problem. Sorry this has happened and we hope to get this sorted for you asap. Please contact sales@jaguarpc.com with your domain name and the last four digits of the card on file. We can then check your account for you and give you your login details to the client section.

I wrote an e-mail to sales and I haven't got one back. This a disgrace.

Well then, send the email again, or pm Jag directly. It's always possible they didn't get your message for one reason or another.

For what it's worth, the domain name currently is resolving to 66.227.56.6 here. Going there via http://66.227.56.6 shows a default cpanel site with no assigned domain. I'm guessing this is either an IP mixup due to Jaguar's recent reworking of IP addresses, or an account suspension due to some kind of infraction (in Jaguar's eyes) on your part.
The trouble with our times is that the future is not what it used to be.

Agreed. Never wait a week if you think your site is important. Personally I have
never had a problem with sales but there are a lot of post about this problem.

PM Jag, Erick, or Les. Always include your site name and the last 4 numbers of
    the credit card on file.

Never wait a week to start finding out what the problems are.
