Support Not responding !!

Hi

I am looking for a response from the support team as i cannot log in to access the ticket system. Although i can log in to access my control panel.

I have sent a number of emails to sale and billing to pass on my email but i get no response.

I would appreciate it if someone in support could contact me on itadmin@asa.co.uk to help me

The sales/billing department does not work 24/7 so if you emailed during out-of-office hours, then you should receive a response by this morning. If you have not received a response shortly, please PM me with your email address and domain name, including the last 4 digits of your credit card number for verification. Thank you.
