Hi,
I signed up one of my clients for an account at Jaguar. I am listed as the primary email and the client is the secondary.
Everytime I fill out a support ticket my client is getting the email as well (ticket received, response, etc). He just forwarded me a slew of emails. In fact, I am asking here to avoid sending him yet another support email.
I have a feeling I am going to be asking a lot of questions before I get the site up and running. Is there a way to have support only send email to the primary email? Should I just delete the secondary email? (I could put it back once things settle down)
